About the project

A Taste of Yamal's Health combined a hospitality forum and a food festival in Noyabrsk. Training on 9-11 September concluded on 12 September 2026 with a business conference, food market and the Polar Warm-Up cooking show.

The brief

Connect team development, northern food producers and a public city event. Give professionals practical experience and business connections while introducing residents to Yamal's cuisine, producers and culture.

× Solution

• Connected three parts of the project: team training, the business forum and the food festival finale. Designed a participant journey from practice to public presentation.
• Developed a business program with seven speakers, industry discussions and practical tools. Anna Komarova led an AI workshop.
• Organized the food market, craft fair and workshops, bringing together 13 food vendors, seven craft exhibitors and three workshop participants.
• Prepared the Polar Warm-Up cooking show with Alexander Pushkov. Teams presented northern-cuisine menus, combining flavour, presentation and service.
• Coordinated the dome venue, stage, technical production, registration, signage, event team and media coverage.

= Impact

• Registered 587 participants. Seven speakers joined the business program against a planned minimum of six.
• Brought together 23 food, craft and workshop participants against a planned minimum of 15 exhibitors.
• Turned the training finale into a public cooking show where local teams demonstrated their skills and producers introduced their products to visitors.
