About the project

The Art of Being brought entrepreneurs, designers, artists and residents together. Mixer art residence hosted a business conference, local brand market, workshops and interactive spaces at the same time.

The brief

Present the creative industries as an opportunity for business and professional growth. Combine learning, local products and culture in a single event with clear visitor journeys for different audiences.

× Solution

• Developed the concept, visual identity, venue map, signage, posters and attendee materials. Organized online registration and on-site reception.
• Built a business conference on creative enterprise, fashion, contemporary art and personal branding. Anna Komarova delivered the AI for Creatives session.
• Organized a market for 24 entrepreneurs and independent makers, featuring jewellery, local food, toys, fragrance and interior objects.
• Ran parallel workshops, tastings, an exhibition, a fashion show and an interactive robot artist.
• Connected the spaces through a shared running order, from opening and business discussions to the Prompts show and a Jayammi concert. Coordinated technical production, logistics, services and media coverage.

• Delivered a festival day from 11 am to 10 pm, bringing business, education and culture together.
• Twenty-four market exhibitors presented their products, while professional audiences joined discussions and practical sessions.
• Created a consistent visual environment, visitor navigation and a collection of event photography and video.
