HR Summer

About the project

In June 2023, X-Time delivered the HR Summer conference at Izvestia Hall for LERNA, Skillaz, HR-link and Edstein. The project combined the business program, speaker coordination, technical production, venue decoration and guest services for 400 participants.

The brief

Deliver a complete conference for four clients and create a place for the HR community to exchange experience. Coordinate the speakers and program while providing comfortable conditions for learning and networking.

• Planned and organized the conference, from preparation to coordinating the team on the event day.
• Worked with speakers to agree on presentation topics and prepare their stage appearances.
• Developed and directed the conference program, including panel discussions, workshops and networking opportunities.
• Organized catering and refreshments throughout the conference.
• Provided sound, lighting and video projection for talks and presentations.
• Designed and installed venue decoration at Izvestia Hall in the event’s visual style.
