HR Day at VK

About the project

In November 2023, X-Time organized the HR Day conference at VK’s office for VK HR Tech, LERNA and VENTRA. The team delivered a business program, talks and discussions, technical production, venue decoration and catering for 400 participants.

The brief

Deliver a complete conference at a technology company’s office and create a setting for HR professionals to connect. Bring together a substantive program, speaker support and guest services.

• Planned and delivered the conference, prepared the venue, coordinated contractors and managed the event from preparation to completion.
• Worked with speakers to agree on presentation content and prepare their stage appearances.
• Developed and directed a program of presentations, panel discussions and interactive sessions on current HR topics.
• Organized catering and a setting for networking during breaks.
• Provided technical production, including sound equipment and a video broadcast.
• Designed and installed venue decoration in the visual style of HR Day.
