Buryatia at the Russia Exhibition

About the project

Buryatia's regional exhibition introduced visitors to its culture, traditions and opportunities at the Russia International Exhibition and Forum. The team coordinated the stand, staff and event program at the national venue.

The brief

Coordinate daily stand operations and a changing program over several months. Bring together the exhibition management, regional departments, performers, guides and suppliers to create a welcoming visitor experience.

× Solution

• Managed coordination with the exhibition team, including approvals, accreditation, operating procedures and on-site issues.
• Built an overall activity plan and detailed monthly schedules around themed weeks and the participation of Buryatia's regional departments.
• Organized stand staff, guides and an activity host, including shifts, briefings, coordination and daily quality checks.
• Prepared the program, venues and running orders for Region Day on 15 November 2023 and Sagaalgan on 18-20 February 2024. Coordinated guests, performers and technical teams.
• Brought the stand to life with workshops in calligraphy, traditional crafts, games, dance and music.
• Managed logistics, supplies, costume maintenance and technical work. Built and maintained the stand's website, event listings and news.

• Established coordinated stand operations, from staff shifts and delegation visits to program updates and day-to-day problem solving.
• Delivered Region Day and Sagaalgan events, guided visits and a series of workshops introducing Buryatia's culture.
• Prepared 5560 souvenirs for visitors, 200 gift bags for delegations and 11 sets of uniforms for staff and client representatives.
