About the project

Operation I: Intelligence & Intuition was an off-site camp for entrepreneurs from Yugra. A woodland setting brought together practical AI work, entrepreneurial thinking and team interaction.

The brief

Help entrepreneurs move from an interest in AI to working on their own business challenges. Create an environment where learning, practice, networking and rest support each other throughout the camp.

× Solution

• Developed the concept and four program blocks: identification, integration, impulse and intuition. Selected experts and prepared the opening script.
• Included an AI hackathon focused on business challenges, peer sessions and project presentations with expert feedback. Anna Komarova and Olga Tretyakova led the hackathon.
• Created groups led by entrepreneur captains, with networking, short participant talks, morning exercise and evening gatherings.
• Prepared registration, a group chat, a Telegram bot, attendee guidance and the schedule. Organized updates, participant support and feedback collection.
• Created the visual identity, merchandise, photo areas and venue dressing. Equipped the tent with sound, lighting and heating, and arranged coffee breaks.
• Organized photography, an event film, short videos and recorded participant feedback.

= Impact

• Delivered a three-day program combining business learning, practical teamwork and informal exchange.
• Participants worked on projects during the AI hackathon and presented them to experts in the final session.
• The chat and bot kept participants informed. Photos, videos and 11 recorded testimonials were handed over to the client for further use.
